dextrose while cutting?
i was wondering about using dextrose while cutting? I bought some today and it said 1.25 tsp is 4 g. I'm not really sure how much to use or if I should use it while im trying to cut.

use it when cutting, bukling, nething. . .as those carbs arnt stored as fat but rather used to replenish that oh so nice muscle glycogen.
it should be a 2:1 ratio of carbs:whey within 15 mins after your last set. and good place to start is 40grams whey, 80 grams Dex

wow thats a lot. That equals out to around 100g sugar 100g carbs. Seems like a lot, but then again i dont really know because ive never used it.

80g of dextrose is not alot of carbs cuz its ur post workout shake.. and u are cutting, if u check the cutting sticky.. he has about 80g carbs coming from dextrose then another 50g coming from whole foods.. so total carbs for the day will only come out to 130g .

i was thinking making the ratios 1:1 so my shake usually is about 60g of protein so 60g of dex
