Powerade
POwerade is a mix of dextrose and maltodextrin? So its ok for pwo?

Nope, it sucks actually.
I'd try to link the big ass explanation as to why here, but I have to get to the gym. Hopefully someone else can chime in here.

I'm going to take a guess and say that Powerade is mostly high fructose corn syrup and water, with dextrose and maltodextrin being minor ingredients. I don't have a bottlet o know for sure, and the powerade website just pisses me off.

so sweet tarts are a good form of dextrose if i cant get it from any where else( i do not want to order off of internet)
if so how many servings is enough because the label does not say how much dextrose is in each serving

Cool, thanx, I didn't consider using it instead of dex, I just saw dex/malto on the label as primary ingredients and thats why I asked

any time bro...i acutally liked using the powdered gatorade sometimes because it had actual flavor, though you can just use dex and some crystal lite for a really good pwo drink.
