Cutting Questions
I read the cutting Sticky and have 2 questions. Can I use Olive Oil instead of the Flack Seed Oil?? If not what is a good brand of Flack Seed Oil to buy. What is the point in eating dextrose before you work out, and what exactly is dextrose and where can you get it? I changed the sample diet just a little bit and I will be eating 326.5 g/of protein is that too much or to little if I weigh 215 lbs. And will I loose weight if I am consuming 2008 calories a day. Here is the diet, please send feedback

flax is a better source of the omega's over olive oil... and as for dexstose... do search then is a crap loan of info on it....

mistake
bro,
PWO is post work out shake....not preworkout. you have the protein with dextrose after you work out. PPWO is the chicken with rice...or post-post workout shake.

Thanks for the critique, I will be doing about 30 min of cardio mon,wed,fri. I also didn't know the differnce with the pwo and ppwo thanks for the insight, but what can I eat to get the dextrose? or do I need to buy it and take it as a supplement?

buy dextrose
you buy a bag of dextrose and simply add it to your protein shake. it's just a form of corn sugar, so most natural food stores have it...or local brewery stores etc.

I am 25 so mine is ex: 220-25=195 x .75=146
I would also have some Glutamine before cardio to combat catabolism (breakdown of muscle tissue).

nah
there's glutamine in most protein powders, so if you're on a budget, there's no real need to waste the $$$ on additional glutamine. keep your protein levels up throughout the day and you'll be fine.

so
so why not just drink your protein shake before cardio and get additional protein durign the day versus just taking glutamine? does taking the protein interfer with lipolysis?

I am taking the Whey that has 110 calories, 3 carbs and 23 grams of potien per scoop and it also has 3870mg of Glutamine and Pre cursors, will this suffice the pre cardio requirments. It is called ON 100% Whey

Also the Flax seed oil taste horrible any tips on making it taste edible.

If you're using 2 scoops of whey than use 80g of dextrose...although dextrose ammounts really should be a person by person basis
How come dextrose PRE-workout ???? did i miss something ??!?!!?
