what do you guys think will be better?????/
pro/fat/carb/cal
a 6 meal plan that consists of 300/60/157/2770
or a 7 meal plan that consist of 350/74/157/2910
i started out with too little calories and dropped from 220 to 208 in about 3 weeks so i am going with 1 of these 2 plans to maintain muscle.
i am 5'11 and about 10% bf

Sounds to me you went catabolic and lost alot of muscle and water?
As far as which is better? That depends on you, i would need more details to guess which would be better such as how many calories were you runnning during this weight loss etc....?

yea it was mainly water as far as i can tell. but i didnt even do much cardio! My workouts are really intense so i dont cardio that often.
i was just wondering if i need that extra meal to add some more protein? i have my calories where i need them
