Help Critique my diet please...
I was on a diet that consisted of the following...
Meal 1 - 8 egg whites, banana, 3/4 cup oatmeal, 8oz OJ
meal 2- fuji apple, almonds
meal 3- 8oz Turkey or Roast beef on whole wheat matzoh with mustard
meal 4- Protein shake, 1/2 cup strawberries
meal 5- 8oz chicken breast, mixed green salad
meal 6- protein shake
I went from 26% body fat to 17% in 6 weeks eating this strictly every day no cheating. i was 235 and dropped to 212. I believe i am 165lbs or more lean body mass. I want to move to something a little more liveable day to day now. I want to also bulk up more and still trim body fat too. The above diet has nearly no sodium. Is it ok to add in some sodium so the food is a little bit edible??

meal 2- Fat free yogurt or strawberries, Almonds
Meal 3- Iceberg salad, tomato, cucumber w/ reg fat dressing, 8oz bag 98% fat free chicken
Meal 4- Isopure protein fruit drink PWO
Meal 5 - Reg whey protein powder with bcaa's etc...after workout
Meal 6- 1/2 pollo tropical chicken no skin, salsa, yellow rice and veggies.
I am taking right now 500mg ew enanthate and 100mg eod winstrol . also, eca stack 2 times per day.

2 things that stand out ALOT. . no PWO and PPWO offerings. . .and protein should be in every meal
