Oven baked potatoes?
I dont know if that is called oven baked potatoes but the potatoes in the pic above is what Im talking about.
How bad is that as a ppwo carb source? I guess the oven baking will make its gi pretty high but as a ppwo that shouldnt be a problem right? I can always chugg down some flax seeds and apelcider vinegar before to make it slower.
I am getting sic of rice and need some changed, I LOVE LOVE LOVE potatoes.

they look like potato wedges..
what i do for potatoes which are alright for carbs
microwave them for about 6 mins..then cut them up in fries...put them in the oven and broil them for about 6 minutes (or until golden) on each side...taste pretty good with vinagar, salt etc.
