Question: How to control Lipid Panel through diet?
Here are my readings from blood work done last week. Readings are almost identical to those on every other occasion when I get blood work done.
Triglycerides = 45
Total Cholesterol = 103
HDL Chol = 43
LDL Chol = 51
Chol/HDL ratio = 2.4
=====================================
I am in the belief that my "total chol" is way too low and my "HDL" is not high enough.
Is there a way through diet to manipulate CHOL such that "total chol" is increased to "optimal range" and HDL is also increased to "optimal"
If you try to adjust one, it would seem to me that the other will move inversely.
Sorry if this is the wrong forum, I didn't know where else to post it.
Thanks in advance for any info/links
