whey protien isolate vs. whey protien blend
What are the major differences that cause the spike in price between these two protiens ( Whey isolate and whey). Is it benificial to purchase the isolate? It's to late for me I've already placed my order, but it will be good for future ref.
I dont know how to move the post, it should be in the supplement forum.Last edited by Chief; 03-08-2005 at 12:15 PM.

Isolate is best PWO protein due to rapid absorbion IMO
and other takes about twice as long to absorb so its a lil more effect as a MR

Isolate = no carbs, no fat.
Allthewhey.com has 2 types of blends..... the regular blend and the 20/30.
The 20/30 has a few more carbs/fat than the regular.
Check the nutrition data to fit your goals.
