Brewer's Yeast
Everyone,
Been looking for this hard to find brewers yeast, Yestamine is the brand. Its usually 300-500 tabs in a dark brown bottle. Anyone takes it and knows a good site I can easily acquire it from?
Thanks again !
In health,

I didn't know that you could buy tabs. I would be interested also. I found alot of UK sites, but I am from the US and cannot find a US distributor. Bump.

I like it for all the vitamins and protein in it. I have some granular stuff that I am going to start mixing with my shake. It has 16 grams of protein in 2 tablespoons. I was thinking that this could be another good source of protein in my diet. Plus all the b vitamins and other stuff in it.

brewers yeast is one of those super foods and yes, its loaded with B complex, and alot of trace elements. When I was in the Uk I found it readilay available in the supermarkets. Got a huge bottle of 500 tabs for approx. 5.00 GBP.
