Im 6'1 230 8-9% Bf Im Asking To See What U Guys Think Is A Good Diet To Put On Quality Muscle In About 8-12 Wks With The Right "supplements" And Foods Thanx

Thanx Guys Now Check It Im On About 550 To 600 Gms Of Carbs A Day With About 350 Of Pro But Im Looking To See What U Guys Think To Pak On More Quality I Mean Last Cyc I Gained 15 In About 9wks Thats Good I Wanna Get Up To 250 But Gradully So Give Me Your Thoughts Thanxs.
