    Sugar Question

    Do you think that 5g's of Sugar from a Low Sugar BBQ Sause 3g'sugar per 2tb serving would have any affect on blood sugar lvles if its consumed w/ 8-10oz of turkey 1/3cup brown rice and 1cup chopped asparagus?
