preparing chicken
i love chicken drumsticks, but the skins are a b1tch to remove b4 cooking, anyone know what kinda knife id wanna use, like ne brand suggestions or whatnot or is there a device 4 it?

use a boning knife. You know, the kind you would normaly use for boning fish

SC, that's just a lie, I know about the fish bro.............use any knife you need to pull the skin back and slice it, there is a membrane that is between the skin and the meat, once you get it started it is easy, sometimes you can pull it off with your hands like a sock.

Pull the skin down the leg like taking off a sock, run a knife around the base and pull the skin off. I just pull mine off without using a knife......you lift weights, you should be able to do it as well.
