Veggies
This is pissing me off. 10th time I have tried to start this god **** thread now and nothing ****ing happens
What veggies are good and wich ones should be avoided when cutting?
Are these good ones that I can eat in any ammount?
Carrot
Broccoli
cucumber
green pea
tomatoe
I guess corn should be avoided. But what else beans to obviously

i would avoid carrotts..Best ones= brockoli, aspargus, choliflower, zucchini, squash, romaine lettuce, brusel sprouts.

Brussel Sprouts are the bomb. Asapagus and Broccolli too. Anything dark green like spinach.

Brocalli (sp*?) and Coliflour (sp*?) are good for BCAA and have like no carbs. I think I read here befor that you have a hard time managing your apetite, Johan. Eat these when you get bad cravings, in huge amounts. They'll fill you up, but won't make you fat. Gassy, but not fat.
