salad dressing..
i've got some salad dressing that reads
54cals/1tbsp
0.7g carbs
3.2g of poly fat
1.3g of mono fat
0.9g of sat fat
could i incorperate a salad with this dressing as part of my protein/fat meals??? i have 2/per day with one of them being right before bed???

not a problem, o i have another question, do greens count towards total daily caloric intake and carb intake??? im pretty sure i know the answer but i jsut want to make sure, thanks

o guys i have another question about protein/fat meals! ok i want to start having 2 cans of tuna before bed so im not spending so much cash on chicken but i only like tuna with mayo(miracle whip)...
it says on the bottle it has...
about 4g per tablespoon of fat,only like 0.5g of that is sat fat
and it has 2g of carbs per tablespoon...
per can of tuna i will ussually have like 2 heaping tbsp of miracle whip which will increase the carbs up too 8g before bed! is this too much carb for a pro/fat meal?
also if it is ok to do this with the mayo i will eliminate the pre-bedtime tbsp of olive oil...

Other than that, IMO it should be ok, unless you're trying to be really strict...
I prefer a whey shake w/ 2tbs. of Udo' Oil before bed personally.... sometimes I have some eggwhites instead of whey, with some natty PB....
