Not good for bulking, or cutting...
A poor carb choice, and most types are loaded with salt...

yea its definately loaded w/ salt and i am sure they are not 100 % whole wheat.

If they are like your pet food or something, I don't see a problem eating a few PPWO. They aren't suitable for any other meal really.

they r filled with hydrogenated oil 2 , check the ingredient i am 100% sure ,but to be honest i like slated crackers espacialy with a can of pepsi
