im 18 and needa bulk diet
hey im 18 5 feet 8 inches weigh 150........i have skool during the dayy and i am lookin for a rele good diet to gain alot of weight....i go to the deli evermorning and am wondering wut is summin good to get from there...my only trubble is eating during skool i never relee have anything good to eat there and i dont think im goin to bring lunch...if any1 has any good idea please help...i am lookin to eat around 3000 to 4000 calories a day thanks

If you are in school, you are going to HAVE to bring your lunch, along w/shakes for your locker and things of that nature. School lunches are pure sh*t, and you ain't gonna gain quality weight eating that sh*t.
The bulking sticky atop the page can help you design a sensible approach.

eat two lunches. bring snacks throughout the day. eat a really big breakfast.

hey does any1 have a good idea of summin to get from a deli in the mornin that wood be huge in protein and a good choice thanks

footlong tuna on whole wheat would probably be my choice

instone has a good protein pudding, it actually tastes good . did u mean ur gonna buy ur lunch at the deli then yea tuna on whole wheat is good, if ur gonna buy breakfast id say go with a grilled chk n cheese omellet, its really good. if they ask what it is just say its 2 pieces of grilled chicken diced up n thrown in an omellet with cheese, id say if u eat breakfast at the deli, then try n consume 30 grams of protein between breakfast n lunch, then an hour 1 1/2 after lunch have another 30 grams, then after school eat again before u lift, then pwo, then eat, then another protein blast, basically try n get protein every 2 hours if u can
