Cutting diet, here it is..let me hear it??
Aight man heres my diet that i am on, its not PERFECT, but it works for me, i enjoy it, and its easy. I am trying to cut down my stomach, n cut down body fat, tell me what you think
9:00-2 lean xtrme,3 heatstack,sesathin,multi
930- 3 eggs, 2 pieces of no fat cheese
1100- 3 heat stack
1200-can of tuna n 1 piece of whole wheat
100-3 heat stack
200- grilled chicken, sesathin
400-can of tuna, piece of wheat
WORKOUT
600- PWO
800-either grilled chk or steak/ protein pudding, sesathin
1000- whey protein shake
Well there it is, i know its not perfect, ne one have ne suggestions that would help me improve my fat loss

yea man i read it, j/w if these foods will be good for cutting, and the order i ahve them. the only real prob i see is with meal 1 n 2, I should take the wheat out of meal 2, and add oatmeal to my breakfast, but the way i have it, n with my job it just makes it much easier, but r my shakes/food/supps all in pplace?

Here's my cutter lost 6-7lbs in 1 1/2 wks with cardio and only 3000mg of green tea and thats with no clen just yet oh boy I cant wait for them shakes

if that diet works good for you, continue with it. It seems very low calories, maybe a little too low, but you didn't say how much you weigh so I can't comment.

im 190 lbs. ive noticed at about 3 oclcok i am really tired n drained, how can i up my cals without messing up my diet?

everyone says follow the cutting sticky, but IMO it's too low carbs which doesn't give you enough energy to make it through the day. I eat moderate carbs, (250-275g) and keep the protein at 300g and fat's are minimal with exception of fish oil. I tried a lower carbs diet along with sesathin 3x's a day and I got so tired, felt really flat, and couldn't sustain it for very long. Eat some oats for breakfast and maybe have two slices of bread with the preworkout meal.

As said before, that approach is flawed...re-read the cutting stickie.
