Critique my diet
Well ok to make things short im big buy muscle and fat combined and I dont like the look its pissing me off ...I have no diet so heres what i came up with
SUpplements
Whey Protein(Maximum Whey) or something like that
Multi vitamins
8-830 Waking up
2 scoops whey
1/2 cup oatmeal with water
1030-1100
Pre workout Shake
then post workout shake
130-200
Chicken breast and veggies and flax
430-5
Probably some more chicken with veggies
730-8 Protein shake with flax
What do you guys think please give me advice or any corrections ,suggestions, and so on

One word....very bad. Are you trying to lose weight or gain weight? Read either the cutting or bulking sticky up top to give you a better idea of a diet.

Remember you can eat Tuna w/mayo for a good pro/fat meal, salmon, turkey, steak etc... mix it up a bit.
It is good that you have included some EFA's but remember to mix them up as well, not all your fat should come from Flax as it is ok to have some "bad" fats in your diet such as the full fat mayo with your tuna.
I would also include a multi-vitamin and an ECA stack as well as some Glutamine.

At least you realize it. W/ some, it's like you have to beat it in their head! Cutting sticky, morning cardio, ECA!
