If you had to eat at a deli
If you could only eat at a deli or fast food place, what would you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and snacks in between ? I am trying to let the abs out for the summer. I hit the gym like its my job too. Thanks

Bfast =most delis will make eggwhite omlete on the side and maybe half a oatbran muffine
Lunch-Wendys Chicken Sandwich.......or chicken salad or whaeva

Lunch - Turkey on whole wheat, hold the cheese and mayo. Chose the bread with the highest fiber content.

Fast food is out of the question. That stuff is garbage. I call it filler. It fills your stomach, but thats about it.
Now deli food, that's another story. Some deli's are really good, kinda like a more nutritious Subway (which is by far the best of all fast food chains). Eat wheat breads and non-processed meats. Chicken is a great choice, turkey is also good. scottp999 is right on the money, mayo is bad news, its basically spreadable fat.

When i go to a deli i usually just get 1/4-1/2lb turkey and some fruit and water
