Stopped gaining, I need help getting more calories.
I am 5'10 205 I am "ON" and have been for 9 weeks of 16. I have put on 12lbs so far but the last two have been 0 lbs gained. A typical pro/fat meal is min 50g pro closer to 60 and 25g of fat and 600 cals. I am worried about uping the cals since I would have to up the pro or fat and then I might go over my alloted pro and fat for the meal then everything goes to fat. Unless its safe to say that my body can handle more since I have put on weight. I eat 8 meals a day. Diet has been checked over and over in this forum so I am pretty confident its in check. Any ideas?

I assume you are trying to bulk then, I would def increase the cals. Obv. you will have to increase the fat intake to compensate for the increase of calories. Adding something like another tbsp. of flax or some type other "good" fat will make up for the increase of calories. Add more quantity to your meals. What are percentages right now of protein/fat/carbs?

420g of pro/115 g fat/275g carbs don't know what percentages that come out to.

you can always drink a shake with flax/PB when you wake up at night.
other then that up the quantity of your meals to compensate (sp) for needed calories.

theres your problem. Not enough protein, not nearly enough carbs, fat is ok.

Also, could you tell me how you determined these percentages? (The equation)

I agree, the carb count is low... you should be getting 100g just from your PWO shake!
When I am bulking and I tell people I'm on a diet, they get confused. Bulking diets for me mean a MINIMUM not a MAXIMUM macronutrient/calorie level for each meal. Anything over my minimum is just icing on the cake.

I do get 100 from my PWO then about another 100 from my PPWO and 75 for breakfast. Where else can I incorporate carbs? I have been thinking another pro/carb as my 2PPWO meal.

i would shoot for a 40%p/40%c/20% fat split.

1 more carb meal should get me close then.

I am 100% positive its right. I will find out tonight what the whole logic behind it is and where it comes from.

I think the logic behind your equations is flawed dr. I'm backing up my claim with this:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/south9.htm
Read the part:
Macronutrient Cycle
As Percentage Of Daily Caloric Intake
Reverse the equations and I'm right... Sorry.

So have we determined who is right with MY percentages. Shred those percentages are based on my total calories right? So if 80% of my calories come from fat/pro/carbs. There is still 20% of my calories not accounted for.

1100/3815=29% from carbohydrates
1035/3815=27% from fats
is it really that hard guys?

Okay, that makes sense, although I thought my cals would be higher. So back to my original question. How do I bump the cals without going over my limits on pro/fat/carbs and just wasting them to fat. I am going to try substituting a pro/fat meal after my PPWO with a pro/carb. So I have three pro/carbs in a row, PWO,PPWO and PPPWO.
