New Diet???what do you think???
i just started doing double workouts 1 am and 1 pm session...
Im 6'1 180lbs about 10% bf...
im looking to just gain lean mass....
this diet seems to work great with my busy work days..thats why theres 3.heres how it looks...
6am Workout
7:15am POW
9:30am
4 Egg Whites,1 egg all hardboiled. 1 cup oatmeal
12:00pm
Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice
2:30pm
Shake
5:00pm
2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies
6:15
Workout
7:30
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, med Yam
Before Bed
Shake

Not a flame, but I don't understand the layout nor the times of the events that you said take place.

no i dont care if you flame i want to get my diet right...
I dont understand your question... im trying to eat clean and eat every 2 1/2 hours..
i can eat what i want and still have ads showing but i want a more ripped look so i figure i should just eat clean...
if this is not clean let me know and advise on how to change the diet up a little...
