Egg protein worth it?
I'm going to be bulking this summer and will have 2 pro fat meals that are protein shakes and flax oil. Would it be better to use egg protein or whey protein?

PWO needs to be whey.(quick absorbtion) Casien(slow absorbtion) egg-in between

so would this mean casien is good for before bed shake, my thinking is slow obsortion would last u the entire night???

Muscle Milk is the biggest waist of money other than Muscletech products. There is no place in my diet for muscle milk anytime during the year.

What do you guys think should I spend the xtra 40 or so $ on 10pounds of egg protein or is whey good enough.

Well if ya just want to keep your protein intake varied frm different sources than just use both. Other than that I'd go with the whey and just use regular eggs.
