    TBS to Cops conversion question

    Started taqking dextrose in the premade drinks at great cost. I just received dextrose powder in the mail. According to the stick, I should be taking about 100g carb PWO w/ 50g of protien. The dextrose says it has 4g of carb/ per tsp. I believe that there are 3 tsp in 1 TBL. I also believe that there are 16 tbl in 1 cup. Using this formula it seems to me that there are 192 g of carb in 1 cup of dextrose, meaning that I need to use half a cup per PWO drink. That seems like a lot. Please confirm my calculations.

    1/2 cup dex is perfect.
