Can you estimate GI?
Hiya guys,
When it comes to morning, I am getting kinda sick of oatmeal, and was looking around for something different. I came across something which has a great nutritional profile, but was wondering if anyone knows how to estimate GI, or know the GI of similar products in your country. Its this product here:
http://www.bokomofoods.co.za/branbix.htm
It tastes yumee, just add some water/milk and sprinkle with cinammon and equal - tasty and fills me up in the morn. BUT, I just wanna make sure it aint giving me a high GI morning meal.
Thanks!

Send me some bro, I've never seen that here, looks good to me, btw, all that fiber can only lower the GI.

nothing like it.
they have normal weetbix which is like that one except just pure wholeweat. that one is with added bran + wheatgerm. they also have one with added oats (called oatbix haha). i chose this one cause it had the highest fiber.

I'll check it out and see if I find it, looks like a good carb meal, and the sugar is very low too.
