first day of ckd wrapped up

ok it went smooth all day, i woke up with carbs on the mind though but i faught those cravings with alot of will power. first meal was a quarter pound of chopped chicken in mayo that was good as i wolfed it down without guilt followed by a caffeine free diet coke then for lunch i went to the diner down the road and had a serloin steak medium rare NEW YORK STYLE that was good so by the time 2 oclock came i wasnt really hungry(awsome feeling) so i finished the day at work and such then went home 5 oclock the hunger started coming in so i quickly grabbed a non stick skillet a tub of butter and four eggs, i washed it down with a lemonade flavored crystal light..*yum* ok its 7 oclock now and gotta go to second job hunger was still tamed(awsome feeling) till about 9 oclock thats when i went to the nuts isle and bought a tub of walnuts(btw i work at a grocery store) and some pollyo string cheese sticks and finished the day with that. tomorrow i gotta concentrate on upping fat intake. that means putting the bottle of flax in my waist holster lol ! i will try to keep a weekly journal though mostly on sundays after my carb up that wau i can be more focused at writing these diary's cause i can tthink worth of jack with no carbs
