cheap diet
aye guys, i would like to start on the cutting sticky diet, but im currently a student and my parents dont have the money to spend on all the food i wuold be eating, and right now neither do i, so i was just curious if anyone knows of some cheaper brands or substitutes for anything, veggies, chicken breats, what have you, any help is much appreciated, thaNKS

green beans, tomatoes, asparagus, broccoli, are those some good veggies to use on a cutting diet?

hows sausage for a source or protein, i couldnt find it in the food nutritional fact sheet

Sausage is very high in fat - and not the good kind of fat.

At my store chicken breasts are often on sale for $1.99/lb which is cheaper than almost any other meat available.
