    If I cant find Dextrose...

    ...what would be a good alternative? Would drinking grapejuice do the same thing as long as I have a 2:1 carb to protein ratio?

    Man, Id have to take 10 scoops of dextrose?! lol Hey swole, do you think Im just not looking in the right places for dextrose? Ive been hitting places like GNC and grocery stores. Any suggestions other than online?

    do you have local health food store or vitamin and supplement store? I would check there or order it online.
