Gatorade, Propel
I know they are not a substitute for water, but do they do more harm than good?

I think they are OK during training, but the rest of the time you should not be drinking them, stick to water.

im trying to lose my large gut that i have grown in college
water,sucrose syrup,citric acid,potasium,calcium and some vitamins
I didnt know if it was expensive water or just beter for u than cokes

which is y i told him to drop it he might as well be drinking sugary water(empty calories).........
