Digesting 3500 calories in 2 hours
Just a quick question. My friend does not like cheat days or 1 small meal so while bulking he has a 3500 calorie fat free carb load on monday and thursday night following his workout. He has no carbs the entire day previous to that and the other 2 lift days he eats 2600 calories and does only pre wokrout oats and pwo dextrose (50 g). He says that it gives him energy and great pumps but does not store too much fat becasue his body cannot digest all that food from 9-11:00 at night. Any thoughts.

I actually was wondering the same thing, as I used to have 5k calorie binge cheat meals 1 time a week, and was curious as to whether it would all be used by the body.
According to my nutrition prof. (who is a pretty renowned dude), the body will digest EVERYTHING you put into unless it comes out of the body as diarrhea or is vomitted out.
