checking my diet again w/ some changes
Bulking Diet
Meal 1: 7 egg whites 2 yolks
1.5 cups of oatmeal
2 cups of fat free milk
Tablespoon of flax oil
Meal 2: chicken breast
2 sweet potatoes
Broccoli or salad
Meal 3: Lean stake
2 sweet potatoes
Broccoli or salad
Meal 4: 40 grams protein shake (whey & casein) or Meal replacement
1.5 cups of oatmeal
Meal 5: Lean stake
2 sweet potatoes
Broccoli or salad
WORK OUT
Meal 6: 40 grams protein shake
One banana
Cup of blue berries
One rice cake
Meal 7: 8 egg whites ( 1hour apart from meal 6)
Table spoon of flax oil
Meal 8: 40 grams casein protein shake
GO TO BED
· use myoplex meal replacements if needed instead of a meal
· replace 2 sweet potatoes for a cup or brown rice
***I BELIVE MY DIET IS GOOD...BUT THE ONLY CONSERN I GOT IS THAT MY FRIST MEAL CONSIT OF FAT (FLAX OIL) AND CARBS (OATMEAL)...SHOULD I DROP ONE PRO/CARB MEAL AND TAKE THE FLAX FROM MEAL 1 TO A PRO/FAT MEAL SOMEWHERE DURING THE DAY???

I see a lot of mixing fats and carbs together, and your PWO shake needs some work. Check out the bulking sticky at the top of this forum, or use the link in my sig.

i was just reading it...but im only mixing fats and carbs on meal one...or where else would you say im mixxing? i will improve my pwo

Your meals with lean steak, even the leanest cuts if you are getting 40-50g of protein will have atleast 8g of fat. That is too much for a pro/carb meal.
