Outrageous need for Sugar!!!
I'm on cutting diet currently and i've been gettin' these freaky cravings for sugary food, do u guys get that too, or it's just me?!!

last night i couldn't take it nomore, i pulled out my Haagn Dazs (wrong spelling) Caramel Ice Cream and ATTACKED!!

Im on a cutting diet too, I do fine untill about 3ish and then im going NUTS for sugar. A cheat day is much needed at the end of the week !

Just drink a liter of water everytime you have a craving to fool your stomach into thinking it is not hungry. It works for me

Oh man, my first 2 weeks my sugar cravings were the worst! Now on week 4 they only get bad a day or 2 before my cheat day. What sucks the most is I cant even kill the cravings with fruit, just have to wait it out till Sunday.
Problem is, when the cravings get real bad, I tend to want to eat EVERYTHING I've craved the whole week on just my one cheat day! I really need to watch that, I dont want to start every monday 5lbs up

The only thing I crave really bad is stuff like bread and pasta, anything "chewy"
If you've been dieting for a long time you're probably just burnt out, take a few days off, stuff your face, and get back to dieting, I did that and it help lots

turkey kill diet iced teas are great, I hardly drink diet soda anymore with that stuff around.

When I was riding my bike to the gym yesterday, I stopped and bought a handful of soft red cherry candys in the shape of a foot... I think I ate 20 of them in 2 min's.....It was because I didnt want to wipe out on my bike.. ya, thats it, wipe out on my bike...
