1-seperation of fats and carbs
2-,hydrogenated vegetable oils=CRAP
Make your own PB:
-get as much peanuts as you want..without the shells and the skin
-put in the blender till smooth&creamy
-add some salt and splenda till u reach a taste that you like

i use natural almond butter, tastes very good. I would stack with flax because your getting 18g of fat from pb and another 14 from flax, no need for so much in one sitting.

i meant either flax or pb, but not both at the same sitting.

dude i have used All natty Pb while cutting and had great results to be honest since i started useing Flax oil i look a little softer than i did when i ws usein Pb so i may be going back to Pb but its hard to have just a servin of that stuff it's so freaking good..also about the sepration of crabs and fats i follow this meathod sometimes but i have talked to many pepole that have competed in BB shows and they do not seperate the two and see no point point

Honestly, in the amount he will use, over time it ain't really gonna make a shit bit of difference. As long as he has other healthy fat sources, I don't see it being an issue.
He'd also have to make sure that hydrogenated oils are not in ANYTHING he ever eats either, and I am sure that some do slip by.

Yeah, I love flax when I am cutting. Seems to help me get leaner quicker, is good for my joints, and you know that you are helping your heart when you use it.
