How do you find out how much energy...
Your body burns naturally on a daily basis? Is it possible to find out, or do we guestimate it? Im not even sure this is a diet question, so if its in the wrong forum im sorry.

thanks...
How accurate is this tho? Cuz what I get seems to be large numbers. 4550 calories?
Mind you I have no idea what i was eating before, but it was alot.. But the last 4 weeks ive been eating about 3000-3200 calories. I know I havent been eating the right nutrients at the right time, im learning slowly but surely. but im losing 2-3 lbs a week. 4500-3200=1300*7=9100/3500=2.6lbs per week?
it makes sense, but am I anywhere close to right?
