    fish oils

    Should I use fish oils in place of my flax oil for pro/fat meals?

    If so, where is the cheapest place to buy fish oils online? What brand is preferred?

    I was going to maybe try sesathin and I hear the fish oils have a synergistic effect with the sesathin. True or false?

    you should use Udo's flax oils perfect blend of Omegas you can get it online just do a search most sport supplement stores sell them

    Fish Oils and SesaThin certainly would be a good ocmbo. I get 300 Fish Oil cap at Costco for $6.99.
