question about morning cardio
sorry if this is the wrong section but i read the stickies and it talked about fasted cardio.
I read about walking a treadmill for 30 minutes at an incline its called pushing "the cart". level 13 incline at 3.5
Has anyone heard of this and used it effectively.

I would do your fasted cardio at least 45min to 1 hr
