Is this type of pasta good ? the no yoke pasta ?

Pasta is made from semolina flour. It is a refined product , unless it is whole wheat pasta . It is my thought that it is no better then white bread. Guess it depends on what you are trying to do. Im not an expert though so check other people's answers.
