Eat Lemon to Lower blood sugar
i have just read in the book "Never say Diet" which is about a healthy way of life and eating called 'Livetetics' that adding lemon to your food or drink can lower your blood sugar levels by up to 30%.
if you dont like lemon cider vinegar does the trick - balsamic vinegar is always a good choice
i squeezed half a lemon on to my chicken / legumes / veggies and it tasted great - no need for additional high calorie sauces

Haha, not I'm not going to. Acid lowers the GI of a carbohydrate meal. Lemon, Vinegar ar all good choices! Not only that but Cider Vinegar acts as a glucose dispersal agent much like R-ALA does. So it has multiple benefits, even more so on a Carb up day!
