93% lean ground beef? HELP
I've looked everywhere and i cant seem to find the nutrition facts for 93% lean ground beef, i keep finding 95% but i cant find that in stores. If anyone could help me with the nutrition facts of 93% lean ground beef it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Simple math bro. 1 ounce is equal to 28 grams. 7% of that is fat...which is equal to 4 fat grams/ounce of 93% lean ground beef.

You'd first have to find out what percentage of ground beef is protein...then use the same method. I'd just use the protein content stated in 90% lean...as it's better to over estimate than it is to fall short.

You're basically getting 31g of fat per pound of 93% beef.
