tryin to gain size in winter
ok im tryin to gain some lean mass this witer. i was doin some research and found a diet routine i thought i would like to try. hear is how it goes, for the first 5 day it says to eat a 2 to 1 ratio of carbs to protein (2 grams of carbs for every body pound and 1 gram of protein) then on days 6-10 it say to jump it up to a 3 to 1 ratioand then on days 11 and 12 do a 1 to 2 ratio. and on days 14 and 15 it says eat as much as 4 to 2 ratio. i was woundering wut yall thought havent started it wanted to get some reactions and if yall think its cool to try, please revise if u think nessisary. thanx

you think you could actually eat 4 carbs for everybody pound and get 2 grams of protein per body pound 2 days in a row? i dont think so man...do something that is consistent man like 2 grams of carbs per bp and 1.5 grams of protein per body pound and you never even mentioned fat...get about .5 grams of fat per body pound.

like i said i was researching i havent started this program or any thing i was just seein what yall thought ive done more steady eating plans in past just saw this and thought it was interesting and wanted some opions

there's no need to p!ss about with your diet that much IMO
too fidly and pretty pointless
just stick to something regular
like high carb all week with one low carb or vice versa
plus add in a cheat day or a really high carb day once/ twice a week
thats all the advice u need

so u think a 2 to 1.5 is good to do for a few month with a cheat dat hear and there

yeah you could try that at first for a few weeks, then i'd bump up the carbs to 3g per lb of lean body weight
