Sam's club or Costco rotisserie chicken
any one tried these? anyone one know the nutritional stats on these? thinking of buying a couple to eat for the next two days and their pretty inexpensive.do they taste good?

Never tried them. I go with the frozen chicken breasts or fresh ones from stop and shop. When they go on sale they are about $1.79/lb.

any1 tried the frozen chicken they have at costco...14 grams of protein 1.5 trans fats..not a bad snack

Frozen Chicken breasts at Costco are great. As well as they have canned chiken which is 70g of Pro per can.

The rotisserie chix are great. Costco's are a little bit bigger but remember, they're both cooked in the skin so even if you don't eat the skin, the fat is in the meat.

thanks for the replys guys just came back from Sams Club and decided to get three of the rotisserie chickens because when i pulled up to the meat dept. the butcher just pulled them out of the rotisserie. they smelled so damn good on the way home.

they are f-ing great. but like SMYL said they are cooked with the skin on as u know so there is some fat getting 'absorbed' into the chicken itself. but this is one of those cases where i say f it and i enjoy them.
