190 lbs 5' 7in Based on Harris-Bendict -Cutting
Protein = 300P
Carbs = 90C
Fat = 94F
Meals
1) 10 grams chicken= 50P
190 grams brown rice = 45C
2) tuna + 4 eggwhites = 50P
190 grams brown rice = 45C
3) 50P 14F
4) 50P 14F
5) 50P 14F
6) 50P 28F
8Grams fishoil
Cardio 3 days a week. 45 mins 65%-75% 130-150BPM
Training days carbs just in the PWORKOUT SHAKE. 50P/90C

285 PROTEIN
122 CARBS
47 FAT
Meal
1) 47P 21C
2) 47P 14F Nonworkout days - 47P/21C
3) 47P 80C Nonworkout days - 47P/14F
4) 47P 21C
5) 47P 5G Fishoil + Brocolli
6)47P 14F
9.4 Grams chicken = 47 Protein
90 grams rice = 21 Carbs
tuna + 4 eggwhites = 47P
