My Diet Presentation

Done 4 cycles
Diet:
Meal 1:
3 rye bread with PB & J
500ml milk
1/3 cup nuts
small ice cream
900 calories
Meal 2:
2 burritos
500 ml milk
800 calories
Meal 3: Usually a PWO meal if not...then - the gatorade and candy
N-Large 2 shake w/milk
a little chocolate/candy
500 ml gatorade
maybe some fruit
1100+ calories
Meal 4:
Whatever my parents make for dinner
(usually chicken or fish with potatoes or rice)
500 ml milk
700 - 900 calories
Meal 5:
3 breads with PB & J
1/2 tub Rasberry Yogurt
1/3 cups nuts
500 ml mlik
1000 + calories
Meal 6:
250 ml cranberry juice
N-Large 2 shake w/milk
power bar
1000 calories

yeah I'm bulking...I have been since I started working out lol... I just finished my cycle with tren and it has really brought out the abs... I am 36" waist.

your diet is not good mate...... meal 1 : ice cream??? all that choclate and candy?? and you mix fat and carbs in nearly all of your meals

What sticks out to me like said above is the mixing of fats/carbs and ice creams and chocolate etc....
