Help figuring cutting calories
I usually eat around 21-2400 a day with cardio and weights. I have been reading alot of stuff from Berardi and it sound like I need around 2800 or so for these days to retain muscle and lose fat. My cardio is 75% for 40 minutes or so. I am not going to have higher calorie or carb days, just the 60-100 after workout.

subtract about 500-800 cals from that for fat loss
