IMO you dont need to make a LEAN bulk cycle but just a mass cycle

great help bro.....and eat whatever on the weekends?? Carb ups? Sat am to sunday night?
Cottage cheese I always thought was top notch protein.......the macros are pretty incred, but if you think....
also, peanuts? I know almonds are better and I have a mix, but peanut butter is a staple to many....what would be the difference?
Thanks again bro...you were a big help

Peanuts are mostly saturated fat "bad fats", whereas almonds contain more "good" fats.
Plus, I believe peanuts are loaded with sodium.
Cottage cheese is just okay...dairy product tend to bloat a lot of people (myself included). High sodium content usually cause high water retention. However, its a good protein to ingest before you go to bed...since its casein protein which is slow digesting (think timed released protein).
Glad to help...

no bro...DRY CURD........entire tub has 2 g of fat, 60mg of sodium, 4 carbs, 4 sugars and 80g of protein.....and thats like 500g of cottage cheese....I have one split in 2 meals........
Why is peanut butter a staple....its not mostly sat fat...may be higher than almonds, but I eat like 20 shelled peanuts (40 halves) ......that cant be more than 2g of sat. fat.......
