I never have a perfect lean bulker!!!
Can anybody post me a lean bulker, with at least 300 protein, 500-600 carbs, and 3000 calories?

no wonder you cant get your lean bulker right lol....wheres the essential fats man? you cant just go pro/carb all day long. with your weight, i would eat 308 grams of protein, 430 grams of carbs and 80 grams of fat. and i read your stats man...at 6 feet tall and 215 pounds you are gonna need more than 3000 calories for a lean bulker. im not sure if what i layed out for you is a lean bulker type of diet but i know you can make it a lean bulker diet by doing your morning cardio a few times a week.

ok fine. I'm not mad at u for thinking that it is offensive, im just pissed because everyone is overly cautious about something being offensive on your profile. you can agree with that right? Well anyways i changed the offensive crap.

Listen, most people know exactly what that means. And I would imagine it would be offensive to some. Why is that hard to understand, why would you want to offend someone? What would even be the reason youput that in there, there would be not one good one that I could think of.

is whole wheat pasta good for u, maybe its me cause ive been eating pasta all my lif ein masive amount(full Italian) but after u eat pasta u stomach bulges out, you feel so heavy and liek u just gained 40 pounds, is whole wheat that much healthier n "better" then reg?

Not exactly a "clean" bulker, but I go to Carl's Jr. (i think its called Hardee's on the E.C.) everyday for lunch and order up a double six-dollar burger, chili-cheese fries, and chocolate shake for a grand total of:
3160 Calories
299 grams of Carbs
115 grams of Protein
168 grams of Fat
Just gotta make sure to put it to good use or you'll end up lookin like the michelin man!
