i also believe in that video he states that over a he has spent over something like 50,000$ on supplements and groceries. but of course he gets most of his supplements for free from muscle tech.

from most things ive read ron eats only 5 or 6 meals a day, but his meals are pretty large, he has what like 10 egg whites with cheese and a load of grits and 90grams of shake for breakfast alone!

maybe thats why his gut protrudes so much....because he eats few meals but they are all MASSIVE therefore causing his stomach to expand a lot when he does eat (that and massive GH use)...as opposed to eating several smaller meals where your stomach doesnt get stretched out as much.

well all in all he looks like a clown no matter how much he eats. im just waiting for his gh enlarged organs to bust through that protruding gut. dudes sold his sole to the devil to be that big, his days will come to an end soon and then the whole aas image thing will even get that much bigger in the media and make it rougher on the rest of us.
