Peanut Butter
I noticed that peanut butter bloates me, the peanut butter I used wasn't the 'all natural' one. I used to eat it before and I was associating the bloat with something else in my diet, I cleaned things up, had a pb/12 grain sandwich on monday afternoon and woke up bloated on tuesday morning. Is anyone else reacting like this to peanut butter ?

not me personally...my symptoms are different.
But what you've described sounds like a food allergy.
Peanut allergies are very common.
Try switching to almond butter and see if you still get bloated

I would try not to combine carbs and fats in one meal. I think pb/jelly sandwiches were my downfall.

The advice one can get here is priceless. Anyway, thanks for the responses. I won't be udo'ing my rice anymore, but I have to admit it tasted awesome . My goal is to bulk up to 200 and cut. I would like to do it clean so I don't have to kill myslef to lose all that lard. Right now I am at 5'10" 184 lb, I would estimate around 15%bf. I will get my diet and post it in another thread for you guys to critique, I already have some questions lined up, and one of them is about Udo's. Thanks again.

im no longer a fan of the natural peanut butter unless its absolutely necessary...i prefer getting my fats from dairy sources such as eggs, cottage cheese, and then i also get some good fats from lean ground beef and all natural almonds.
