Nice stats for a yungin. Sheesh, you're gonna be one big boy when you grow up.
For carbs: Oatmeal, Yams, Brown rice, some eat pasta...I don't.
For protein: Anything lean and high in protein will do, no need in naming 50+ kinds of things to eat.
Fiber: Fiber one(cereal), broccoli, cauliflower
Fats: Natural PB..don't buy Jiffy Spiffy or whatever that ish is. Flax oil. Fish fats.
As far as calorie consumption, that depends on metabolism.
To be general, I'd go with 50% protein/ 30%g carbs/ 20% fat
Rotating carbs is awesome as well. But that isn't necessary if you're how you call it "fat".
Good luck on the training.

cut the calories down to about 2500 a day, drink plenty of water buy some protein shakes and substitute 2 or 3 of the meals with protein, cut the fat and stay in the gym, best bet is to eat chicken, fish and dont forget your veggies and fruit, do a research on dieting and you will probably find more of the awnsers you are looking for.

PaPA Pump has pretty much summed it up for you FB 0934. If you are having problems with your body fat I would really go with a little bit different ratio though. You see, you can figure up your daily caloic intake and pretty do what ever you want to with it. I personally would recomend something more along the lines of a 60/20/20 split. It really is not that hard to calculate and if your interested I can show you how. The ratio really dose not matter that much if you want to try both you can you just need to keep a close eye on your gains and adjust it when you need to, if you need to.
