Were do you get you recipies?????
Hey was just wondeing where you guys get your recipies from? if you have any cook books or what.. Was just wondering b/c i usually get my from muscle and fitness magazine also ordered a cook book call "The Lite Lifestyle" its by Laura Creavalle great recipies would highly recommend!!!! does anyone else or have any of you ever heard of this cook book?

Laura Creavalle's book is pretty cool.
Personally, my mum taught me to cook when i was rather young and i don't really look around for recipes. I may see something online...or on the back of a tin...and concoct a health-conscious version in the kitchen.

the only downside to cooking food myself is that it never tastes as good as my moms.......DAMN HOME COOKIN!

I spent nearly 10 yrs working in kitchens so have a good knowledge of foods. But you dont need to be a chef to be a good cook you just need to know what sorts of foods go together and which ones dont

just put the meat in a pan. apply heat. eat. What more do you ever need to know??

With good taste, a little creativity and the knowledge obtained on AR you can create your own recipes like I did.

Just follow the directions on the box...
jk.. everyone has pointed you in the correct direction..
after i did my 1st conversion.. it's all really simple actually..
