Egg Yolks
I am surprised at the idea Yolks are bad for you...
I should have polled this... maybe someone will do a poll for me on this topic !
Yolks have same amount of protein as the white and vitamins and minerals essential for optimum health..
Unless you have cholesterol problems go yellow !!!

The egg white has a couple more grams of protein, 4 to 2 or so. Also the egg yolk carries a substantial amount of fat, you can get the same nutrients from a better source without the fat. However, I suppose it does depend on you goals.

yeah i do one yolk for 8 eggwhites, 4-5 times a day. so 4-5 yolks a day for me. i think yolks are misunderstood.
i have taken up to 18 yolks a day during a high fat bulking diet.
FACTOID: you only absorb 2% of the cholesterol from yolks cuz there is somethin in the eggyolks that stop absorbtion of cholesterol in the intestines.

Sorry for the choppy breakdown The cut and paste crammed all the figures together !! I had to improvise !!
The Egg is one of the absolute best proteins around and with the yolk has many vitamins and minerals crucial for the modern BBer !!
But as to the Fat comment of the egg .. I suggest taking fat out somewhere else and leaving the yolks in.. There are too many essential elements left out tossing the yolks ..
